Welcome to MySupplements. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MySupplements mobile application ("App") and related services provided by MySupplements LLC ("we," "us," "our"), a New York limited liability company.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

MySupplements is a supplement tracking application that allows users to:

• Log and track dietary supplement intake
• Scan supplement products via barcode or photo recognition
• View ingredient information and identify potential duplications across products
• Set reminders for supplement intake

The statements and information in this App have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Dietary supplements are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. The App does not make health claims about any supplement product.

4. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Keep your login credentials secure
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or networks
• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the App through automated means
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use the App to provide medical advice to others

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, code, content, and branding, is owned by MySupplements LLC and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. User Data & Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

You retain ownership of the supplement data you enter into the App. We do not claim ownership of your personal health data.

8. Subscriptions & Purchases

Some features of the App may require a paid subscription or in-app purchase. If applicable:

• Prices are displayed before purchase and may change with notice
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's refund policies

9. Data Accuracy & Limitations

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate supplement and ingredient data. However:

• Product formulations may change without our knowledge
• Barcode and photo recognition may not always be accurate
• Daily value percentages are based on FDA reference values and may not apply to all individuals (children, pregnant/lactating women, etc.)
• The App may not capture all potential interactions between supplements or between supplements and medications

You are responsible for verifying supplement information with product labels and healthcare providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, express or implied
• We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components
• We are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from supplement use, whether or not tracked through the App
• In no event shall MySupplements LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $50, whichever is greater

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MySupplements LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon termination:

• Your right to use the App ceases immediately
• You may request export of your data before deletion
• We will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with changes, you should stop using the App and delete your account.

14. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved in the courts of Queens County, New York.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MySupplements LLC regarding your use of the App.
